travel team training provides a challenging environment for teams of all ages. Each training session features our speed and agility
warm-up and innovative first touch exercises.
Players will also receive instruction on proper running techniques, balance and
acceleration. This provides the perfect
spring board into the tactical sessions.
As a progression into the full sided games, players will be introduced to a variety of small-sided exercises. These exercises include creating width in the attack, movement off of the ball to create space, the use of target players, and other tactical options. These games allow players to readily understand the tactical decision making required for successful team play. Instead of being "ball bound" we teach players to be "vision bound".
Travel team training is contracted to take place during the Fall and Spring seasons. Each training session is 90 minutes. Minimum of 8 sessions is required per team.
